Are you ready to achieve, or already hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care within three years of starting?

Do you have at least two years of experience as a Deputy Manager? If so, Exclusive Care is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional like you to lead our team as a Registered Manager!

Your Role

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our homes, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with CQC standards. You will lead and inspire a team to provide outstanding support, focusing on their safety, development, and wellbeing. Responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring staff to ensure exemplary practices. Managing budgets, rotas, and administrative tasks efficiently. Ensuring compliance with Safeguarding policies and regulations. Fostering an environment that supports personal and professional growth for your team. Engaging with local authorities, professionals, and families to promote positive outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Leadership skills and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes. Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices. The ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational requirements effectively. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve within three years). A passion for supporting young people to lead fulfilling and enriched lives.
