We have an excellent career opportunity for two experienced and passionate Registered Managers to join our dedicated leadership team here at Calm Futures, supporting both our Residential and Supported Living services in Norwich, Norfolk.

Role highlights:

Lead and manage either a Residential Service or a Supported Living Service Ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding Coach and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and development Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery

Salary:

35,000 to 40,000 per year dependant on experience

Hours per week:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (with on-call duties as required)
