Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Registered Manger.

Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with a background in residential childcare, looking to take your next step in your career?

Responsibilities:

To manage the daily running of the home, in line with company policy and regulatory requirements. Supervising and providing guidance, support, direction and leadership to staff.

To model best practice approaches during challenging behaviours, ensuring there is coherent and consistent high levels of care.

To register as a Manager with Ofsted and to work directly with, and as part of the senior management team for the best interest of the children, young people, staff and the company.

Must have the following:

A strong working knowledge of emotional and behavioural disorder and behaviour that challenges.

Experience on providing supervision, mentoring and upskilling staff, within a residential childcare setting.

Recent experience working within the residential sector at registered manager level.

Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification), or willingness to work towards completing this.

Full UK manual driving licence.

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
