As we prepare to welcome a third young person into our EBD provision, this is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role

with full support, mentoring, and development

to become a confident and effective Ofsted Registered Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the day-to-day management of our children's home while you train to become a fully Registered Manager Leading, inspiring, and developing a dedicated staff team Working alongside our current leadership to ensure outstanding care and compliance with Ofsted standards Developing placement strategies, supporting new referrals, and ensuring smooth transitions for young people Building strong relationships with external professionals, families, and local authorities Gaining hands-on experience with all aspects of residential home management -- from safeguarding to staffing and beyond

What You'll Bring

NVQ Level 3 (Essential) and willingness to complete Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People (if not already held) Experience in children's residential care at a senior or deputy level A solid understanding of safeguarding and emotional/behavioural needs (EBD/SEMH) Confidence managing challenging situations with calm, empathy, and professionalism A valid UK driving licence (Essential) A growth mindset and genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
