Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Locations:

St Helens, Warrington, Knowsley & Haydock

Salary:

37,000 - 45,000 per year (DOE) + bonuses

Contract:

Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care services across St Helens, Warrington, Knowsley, and Haydock.

Key Responsibilities

Service Management: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team of carers, coordinators, and supervisors. Compliance: Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and company policies. Client Care: Oversee assessments and care planning, ensuring a person-centred approach. Business Growth: Work with senior management to expand services, secure contracts, and strengthen our reputation. Quality Assurance: Monitor performance, conduct audits, and resolve client concerns. On-Call Support: Provide leadership cover for emergencies, including occasional direct care.
About You

3+ years' experience in a care management role. Registered Manager experience or eligibility to register with CQC. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Flexible approach, including occasional weekend availability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
