Job Title:

Hybrid Registered Manager - Children's Home

Location:

Stockport, Greater Manchester

Salary:

55,000 - 70,000 per year (inclusive of performance bonuses)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (Hybrid - Minimum 25 hours per week at the home)

Hourly Rate:

Dependent on experience and qualifications

Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England) or working towards i

Experience in Years Required:

Minimum 3 years in a residential childcare setting At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

An experienced leader with a strong grounding in trauma-informed and attachment-based practice. Someone with a proven track record in residential childcare and the ability to inspire, mentor, and safeguard both young people and staff teams. This role requires a resilient, committed individual with the emotional intelligence and professional integrity to meet Ofsted's fit person criteria and lead a therapeutic environment effectively.
