We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee operations within our Nursing Home. Duties

Lead and manage the healthcare team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical evaluations. Coordinate and supervise medical documentation, ensuring accuracy. Manage case reviews and utilization management processes to optimize patient outcomes. Facilitate training and professional development for staff. Ensure effective communication with patients and families regarding care plans, treatment options, and discharge planning.

Requirements

Valid nursing license with significant experience in critical care, acute care, or long-term care settings. Proven experience in team management and supervising healthcare professionals. Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices, including phlebotomy, vital signs assessment, and specimen collection/processing. Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities or senior care needs. Proficiency in various clinical skills such as catheterization, airway management, and basic life support. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
