supporting both our Residential and Supported Living services in
Colchester, Essex.

Role highlights:
To take the Registered Manager responsibility for a single / group of services under the direction of the Managing Director
To ensure all aspects of the services meet with the Health & Social Care Act 2008 & The Care Act 2014 and the requirements of CQC, together with all other relative legislative requirements and Health & Safety
To provide a needs led service to adults with a learning disability by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
Ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding
Coach and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and development
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
Leadership and Management
Quality Management
Manage delegated budgets to ensure resources are used to best effect, in line with company policy and procedure. Report financial discrepancies to the MD and ensure staff work and comply with financial systems in line with company policies, procedures and guidelines
Salary:
35,000 to 40,000 per year dependant on experience
Hours per week:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (with on-call duties as required)
