Registered Manager - Tamworth

55,000 - 65,000 Per annum

My client is a established organisation based in Tamworth. They ensure high-quality care for children and young people, deliver all services, oversee day-to-day operations, and plan for future development.

.They provide strong, motivational leadership, advocate for the well-being of children, and take full accountability for the Home, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory expectations.

Key Duties

Manage the Residential Home, ensuring smooth operations in line with legislation, policies, and the Statement of Purpose. Provide strong leadership by implementing strategies to achieve objectives. Ensure policies and procedures are followed, reviewed, and care standards are maintained. Maintain an up-to-date Statement of Purpose reflecting the needs of young people and staff expertise. Promote professional ethics and behaviour among all staff, providing support, advice, and coaching.

Ideal Candidate

Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce, Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management Experience of working in a residential setting with young people with challenging behaviour or in setting working with challenging young people
