As the Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in launching our new franchise business, guiding Franchise Owner to establish strong foundations, drive sustainable growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.

What you'll do:

? Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes

? Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating

? Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients

? Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery

? Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs

? Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care

? Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits

? Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support

? Support business growth and meet commercial targets

Qualifications:

? NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)

? Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding

? Proven leadership in care management

? Right to work full-time in the UK
