Young People aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, CSE, CCE

Qualifications Required:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People), Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent

Experience in Years Required:

Minimum 2 years in residential children's care, 1 year supervising/managing care staff

+ Occupancy Bonus: 175 per child after the first (e.g. 525/month in a full home)
+ Ofsted Bonuses: 500 for Good, 1000 for Outstanding
+ On-call Payments: 10/weekday, 50/weekend day

Enhanced Sick Pay

after 6 months (5 days full pay)
