Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring that individuals receive compassionate, person-centered care that enriches their lives. Your key responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating a dedicated team of around 20 staff members.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards.
Developing and maintaining high-quality care services aligned with best practices.
Promoting a strong safeguarding culture and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all service users.
Managing operational budgets effectively while meeting all KPIs and service standards.
Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both staff and residents.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated setting, ideally with adults experiencing mental health challenges, autism, or learning disabilities.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teams.
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards.
Resilience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach.
Full driving licence is essential.
