Job Summary

As Registered Manager with Your Home Care Provider Ltd, you'll lead operations, ensure CQC compliance, drive quality care, and support our team to deliver excellent person-centred services to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the care team, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.

- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.

- Oversee care planning, quality assurance, and risk management.

- Manage staffing, rotas, and communications effectively.

- Engage with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Promote continuous improvement in care delivery.

Requirements

- Eligible for CQC Registered Manager registration.

- Proven care management/leadership experience.

- Strong leadership, communication, organisational skills.

- Commitment to person-centred care and dignity.

- Relevant care qualifications (e.g., NVQ, Diploma).

- DBS check willingness.
