Job Description

We are a local family run business who have been running care homes/ domiciliary care etc for 37 years. It is our passion to provide the best possible care and environment for people for who we have the pleasure of caring for.

We have a 37 bed nursing home and a 18 bed residential home.

We do our upmost to do the best for our staff, and ensure that we provide a high standard of training

This position is for a contacted night worker.

Completing general nursing tasks

Meeting with other health professionals

Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.

Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our resident's physical, social and psychological needs.
Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift

Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
