Staff Nurse

with a valid

NMC PIN

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding, person-centred nursing care to our elderly residents. Confidently and safely conduct

medication rounds

, ensuring full compliance and accurate documentation. Work autonomously and proactively during shifts, using your initiative to make sound clinical decisions. Collaborate effectively with the

Deputy Manager

and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and maintain precise clinical records in line with

NMC

standards. Supervise and support junior members of the care team, promoting best practices.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Valid NMC PIN

as a

Registered Nurse (RGN)

. A minimum of

3 years of experience

as an

RGN

within a UK

nursing home

or

care home

environment. Proven experience in leading and managing

medication rounds

. The ability to work autonomously, demonstrating strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills. A compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality

elderly care

.
