Capulet Care has currently two homes in the South Staffordshire area, one 40 bedded and one 50 bedded. We are a growing company.

We are looking for applicants for our 40 bedded home in Trysull with:

Good experience in working in dementia care & mental health Experience & knowledge of managing those with behaviours which challenge care Previous experience liaising with externals and families Excellent clinical knowledge of working with the specified client group.
We are Dementia Friendly ambassadors and currently promoting our local communities to become Dementia friendly.

You will be working on 12-hour rota-based shifts over seven days. Total working hours over a week and night shift only is negotiable.

Salary will be based on experience and knowledge and is negotiable between bands 5 & 7.

An induction programme is provided for all employees which include mandatory training and de-escalation management. All employees are offered training which is pertinent to their role, this is provided in-house by our training team, and external courses are also available, we currently have links with Wolverhampton and Worcester University. We encourage internal promotion within the company if vacancies arise.

The nursing team is supported by a Senior Nurse at each home, and a Clinical Nurse Manager working across 2 homes, as well as a Home management team at each facility. We network closely with multidisciplinary agencies to ensure evidence-based quality care is delivered to our client group.

Parking is available. Staff can purchase meals from our catering team, which offers a wide range of choices at a reasonable cost.
