Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. Assess patient conditions accurately and document findings in accordance with organisational protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment procedures, and post-discharge care. Ensure infection control standards are maintained at all times and adhere to health and safety regulations. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, observations, and progress notes. Support the training of junior staff and new team members as required.

Qualifications



Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable but not essential for newly qualified nurses. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in healthcare. Pay: 20.00-21.00 per hour
