Must hold a valid NMC PIN
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Aged Care Home
Must have or be eligible for AHPRA registration
ICU Nurses must mention their role as General Nurse on CV
Special bonus for candidates who completed BSc Nursing in 2017

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a care home setting, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents. Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to NMC guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families about health management and wellness strategies.

Pay: 30,000.00-400,000.00 per year
