We are looking for an organised and productive Registered Nurse to join our busy and loving team, working day shifts and perhaps an occasional night when required.

This full time position will include weekdays and alternate weekends, as needed.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Providing high-quality patient care by assessing and monitoring patient conditions Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations Upholding safety and hygiene standards in all nursing practices Reviewing care plans, assessing patient needs and implementing new care plans where necessary Monitoring health and tracking a client's vital signs, managing unwell clients and escalating care when needed. Supporting the health care assistants with the day-to-day care of our residents

About you

You are a registered nurse (RN or RMN) and have a valid PIN number.

Having Nursing/Care home experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided for the right applicants Have strong clinical skills and a commitment to producing high standards of nursing care for our elderly client group Experience or knowledge in palliative care is also desirable. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with people Must be hard-working and have a professional attitude Be a reliable and honest person with excellent time-keeping skills

Salary: 21.50 per hour plus 1 extra an hour over weekends.
