About the Role

We are seeking a caring, motivated, and reliable

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our dedicated night team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a supportive and welcoming environment.

As part of our clinical team, you will provide professional nursing care, lead by example, and ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, person-centred care in line with NMC standards and best practice. Administer medications safely and accurately during night shifts. Monitor residents' conditions and respond effectively to any changes. Maintain thorough and accurate care documentation. Support and guide care assistants to deliver the highest standard of care. Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues. Ensure compliance with CQC, health & safety, and safeguarding requirements.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

with a valid

NMC PIN

Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience

(care home experience desirable). Confident in medication administration and night shift responsibilities. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
