Type: Part-Time
Hours: 1 Night per Week (on a rotational basis - not a fixed night)
Pay Rate: 19.15 per hour
About the Role
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care team. This is apart-time night position
, ideal for an experienced nurse looking for flexibility while continuing to make a positive difference in residents' lives.As an RGN/RMN, you will deliver high-quality clinical care, support the wellbeing of our residents, and work collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred care in line with residents' individual care plans. Administer medication safely and effectively. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff during the night shift. Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies. Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in accordance with NMC standards.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
with activeNMC registration
. Minimum1 year of nursing experience
, ideally in a care home or similar setting. Strong clinical and communication skills. Commitment to high standards of care and resident dignity. Flexibility to workone night per week on a rotational schedule
