20.00 - 21.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our care team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a compassionate and professional manner.

As part of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective care, administering medication, and ensuring that all residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrating strong clinical skills and sound judgement in your daily duties.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred nursing care to residents in line with best practices and care standards. Carry out

medication rounds

safely and accurately in accordance with company policies and NMC guidelines. Monitor residents' health and well-being, responding promptly to any changes or concerns. Maintain accurate care plans, risk assessments, and daily records. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team. Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure a supportive and caring environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.

Requirements

Must be a

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

or

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

with a valid

NMC PIN

. Minimum

2 years of post-registration nursing experience

. Experience working in a care home or similar setting is desirable. Confident in carrying out

medication rounds

and working

without direct supervision

. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care.
