Key Responsibilities:
Lead safe and effective clinical practices to support residents' health and wellbeing Deliver high standards of person-centred care aligned with individual care plans Support medication administration and review patient needs to ensure safety Maintain compliance with relevant safeguarding and CQC regulations Collaborate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to promote resident-centred outcomes
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN) Experience in elderly or residential care settings Experience working days shifts preferred Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and safeguarding knowledge Right to work in the UK
