Deputy Manager
to ensure the delivery of exceptional

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding, person-centred nursing care to our elderly residents, acting as a senior clinical resource during day shifts.
Confidently and autonomously conduct and manage all
medication rounds
, ensuring full compliance and meticulous documentation.
Work independently, using expert clinical judgement to assess, plan, and evaluate complex patient care.
Collaborate effectively with the
Deputy Manager
and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement high-quality care plans.
Mentor and support junior members of the care team, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with
NMC
standards and regulatory requirements.
Uphold the highest standards of safety and dignity in all aspects of
clinical
care delivery.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Valid NMC PIN
as a
Registered Nurse (RGN)
is essential.
A minimum of
5 years of post-qualification experience
as an
RGN
.
At least
3-5 years of UK-based experience
within a
nursing home
or
care home
environment is essential.
Extensive and proven experience in autonomously leading
medication rounds
and managing complex clinical procedures.
The ability to work independently, demonstrating strong clinical judgement, initiative, and decision-making skills.
A deep understanding of the complex care needs within
elderly care
and a commitment to providing the highest standards.
