# Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) - Nursing Home - Dingwall IV7

Salary: 21.32 per hour + Paid Breaks

Job Type: Full-time, Nights (3-4 shifts per week, 20:00 - 08:00)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our dedicated team in a well-established nursing home in Dingwall IV7. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse to provide high-quality care to residents while working closely with the Deputy Manager and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a care home setting.

- Conduct medication rounds and ensure safe administration of medicines.

- Work autonomously during night shifts, providing leadership to care staff.

- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain accurate care records in line with NMC guidelines.

- Support elderly care residents with long-term conditions and complex needs.

Essential Requirements:

- Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN) - must be a Registered General Nurse or Mental Health Nurse.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a nursing home or care home setting.

- Strong knowledge of medication management and clinical best practices.

- Ability to work nights (20:00 - 08:00, 3-4 shifts per week).

- Confident working independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or mental health nursing (RMN).

- Previous work as a Staff Nurse, Ward Sister, or Clinical Lead.

- NVQ Level qualifications in health & social care (advantageous but not essential).
