We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) to join our dedicated team at a reputable nursing home in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, a valid NMC PIN, and the ability to work confidently without supervision during day shifts.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in a care home setting.

- Conduct medication rounds safely and efficiently.

- Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager to ensure excellent resident care.

- Take shift charge during day shifts, overseeing care delivery.

- Maintain accurate records and adhere to NMC guidelines.

- Support and mentor junior staff when required.

### Essential Requirements:

- Valid NMC PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD).

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a nursing home environment.

- Strong knowledge of elderly care and care home operations.

- Ability to work independently and lead shifts confidently.

- Excellent clinical skills and a compassionate approach.

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience in peripatetic nursing or ward management is a plus.

- Leadership qualities with the potential to progress into roles such as Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Ward Sister.
