We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our dedicated team in a nursing home in Motherwell. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse with a valid NMC pin to provide high-quality clinical care to elderly residents during night shifts.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in line with NMC standards.

- Conduct medication rounds safely and accurately.

- Work autonomously during night shifts with minimal supervision.

- Take shift charge when required, ensuring smooth operations.

- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team.

- Maintain accurate care records and adhere to care home policies.

- Supervise and support care staff and student nurses.

### Requirements:

- Valid NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - essential.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a nursing home or care home setting.

- Proven ability to manage medication rounds and clinical procedures.

- Strong leadership skills to take shift charge when needed.

- Compassionate approach to elderly care and person-centered support.

- Flexibility to work night shifts (3 nights per week).

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience as a Senior Nurse, Ward Sister, or Clinical Lead.

- Knowledge of NVQ Level care standards.
