About the Role





This is a design-forward RVN position within an entrepreneurial veterinary group dedicated to creating sanctuary-style clinics that elevate the veterinary experience for teams, clients, and pets alike. You'll contribute across nurse-led clinics, GA monitoring, surgical support, and front-line nursing duties--including assisting vets, anaesthetic oversight, consults, and clinical protocol adherence. Although based at a primary site, you may cover shifts at other locations where needed.


Key Responsibilities




Conduct nurse consultations: screening (auscultation, sampling, history), triaging, and treatment delivery Monitor general anaesthesia and maintain accurate clinical records Assist during procedures (invasive and non-invasive) with surgical etiquette and rigorous infection control Maintain cleanliness and clinical protocol compliance across consulting and surgical spaces Educate clients on routine and specialist care Manage clinical stock levels and support team workload coordination

Who We're Looking For





A registered veterinary nurse with prior nurse consulting experience, GA monitoring knowledge, and strong clinical standards. You'll be confident, communicative, and comfortable working independently when needed. Experience with surgical protocols and practice systems is expected. A team-oriented mindset and passion for transforming pet care will let you thrive in this evolving environment.
