Regulatory Litigation Associate
Job Description
We are supporting an elite global city law who are looking to expand there regulatory investigations and litigation practice. The practice group is at the forefront of high-profile investigations and enforcement actions. The team act for both corproates and individuals. Clients range from senior executives through to broekers, funds and professional services firms.
The team work on a variety of matters ranging from regulatory enquiries, conducted autorisation / approval applications and regualtory intervention through to enforcement action, in the criminal area, representing suspects and witnesses in high stakes criminal investigations.
The main responsibilites will include the following;
- Draft and execute complex advice
- Understanding and advisiing on complex regulatory requirements
- Experience of working across legal regualtory investigations
- Ability to advise corproate investigations and high value litigation
- Ability to take ownership of a case
- Qualified Solicitor
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
