What you will do:
Keep abreast of regulatory change requirements in an accurate and timely manner
Implement changes to data/processes/systems to deliver accurate regulatory reporting
Areas of interest currently include COREP, FINREP & Basel 3.1
Further enhance efficiencies in reporting procedures
Represent the business in the value stream model
Support automation of regulatory reports into 3rd party software
Improve data quality to improve reporting, e.g. new data fields in ODS and T24
Produce reports and present to the senior leaders as required

What you will need:
Knowledge and experience of delivering Regulatory Reporting Change
Working knowledge of FINREP, COREP and Liquidity returns
Ability to analyse and explain reports and movements to senior management
Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of changes on Metro Bank
Excellent attention to detail as the completed reports will be sent to the Banks regulatory
supervisorCollaborate with stakeholders across the Bank to drive change
