We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to our Financial Control team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.


As a Regulatory Reporting Manager you will work with colleagues to deliver Funding, Liquidity, FINREP, Stress Testing (STDF) and other ad-hoc reporting for consolidation into Barclays UK returns. In addition, you will take a lead role in supporting the approach to integration, working with Senior Managers and Buk colleagues to drive forward Sierra project deliverables. This is an exciting time to join the Regulatory reporting team as we work closely to integrate Regulatory reporting with Barclays colleagues. You will be working closely with financial control colleagues across both Tesco Bank and Barclays and engage with Barclays Regulatory reporting teams to support delivery of accurate regulatory reporting in a strong risk and control environment. This role provides excellent learning opportunities to build experience in working in a significant, strategic project. Agile / Systems / Technology exposure

What you'll be doing



Manage the delivery of Liquidity and Funding PRA returns including LCR, PRA 110, ALMM and NSFR Develop the process for the delivery of Stress testing reporting Responsible for maintaining Regulatory documentation including process notes, judgements and interpretations and controls documentation. Support and collaborate with Regulatory reporting colleagues to ensure delivery of Regulatory reporting. Support delivery of key integration project activities Ownership of key controls and compliance with reporting framework and governance for relevant returns.

We need you to have



Significant Regulatory reporting experience ideally with specific knowledge of Liquidity and Stress Testing (STDF) reporting Confident communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in developing complex processes and recommending improvements under control and governance frameworks. Knowledge and understanding on Regulatory control and governance frameworks.

Accounting Qualification - fully qualified or in final stages of qualification Superb attention to detail, producing accurate, high-quality reporting. Proven ability to solve problems, and independently respond to queries to senior stakeholders Keen collaborator who seeks opportunities to support the wider Regulatory team.
