Join Our Team



You will be the Regulatory Reporting Manager, taking a leadership role on all regulatory finance matters across the European entities. You will work closely with colleagues across International, particularly within Stockholm and London. This role will report into the European Controller in our London office.


Your responsibilities will include:


Lead the preparation and submission of: + Solvency II submission for the Swedish entity and International group (solo/group)
+ SFCR and RSR
+ UK solvency submissions
+ Stakeholder/local requirements such as FCA, IUA and ONS data requests
+ Management information related to regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines Ensure all regulatory reports meet the requirements of EIOPA, PRA, and other relevant authorities Provide guidance on regulatory reporting standards and keep abreast of evolving regulatory changes Act as the primary point of contact for internal queries related to regulatory reporting Identification of potential reporting risks and establishment of appropriate controls. Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory reporting systems To ensure all supplementary regulatory tasks are carried out as required Support international CFO in capital adequacy assessments and solvency monitoring Develop and maintain regulatory reporting controls and documentation To perform all duties in line with the FCA Individual Conduct Rules as documented in the Employee Handbook Any other duties as reasonably required

Your skills and abilities should include:

Full Professional Qualification 5 years post qualified - ACA, ACCA or similar Experience of leading delivery of regulatory reporting, with a focus on Solvency II Ability to be self-driven and work independently Ability to work accurately and effectively while under pressure and with time constraints Ability to prioritise workload to manage conflicting priorities Flexible with a willingness to roll up sleeves and be an active team member Confident with a proactive approach to problem solving Strong communication skills, both oral and written Good Microsoft Office knowledge, with a focus on Excel
