Our Regulatory Reporting Financial Controller role combines data management and regulatory expertise to create our regulatory reports and comply with regulatory reporting requirements.
You'll be making, reading, and managing all types of reports, including CoRep, FinRep, Statistical, and Annual Reports, across many jurisdictions. There's always something new to learn.

What you'll be doing
Leading the production of regulatory reports for all aspects of capital, liquidity, leverage, and large exposures reporting
Managing large exposures reporting, including COREP, FINREP, Pillar 3, BoE statistical returns, and internal MI
Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls and robust documentation for all financial regulatory reporting
Ensuring all reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
Reviewing and challenging of data inputs and outputs, ensuring that regulatory information is prepared and disclosed in a consistent manner
Explaining regulatory concepts and reporting requirements, including capital calculations, ratios, and workings
Reviewing and evaluating the effects of new and changing reporting rules.
Reviewing and implementing the appropriate reporting of new products, and advise on the treatment for Capital and Liquidity Reporting
What you'll need
5+ years experience in financial/regulatory reporting within a UK-regulated Bank
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Knowledge of Basel 3 / CRD IV (including COREP)
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to understand and investigate complex issues
Excellent control awareness
Experience of working in a challenger bank environment would be an advantage but not essential
Good planning and organization skills, as well as a leadership mindset
Experience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutions
The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive and implement change
