Shift pattern available:

07:30 - 14:30 - 2:1 Support 14:30 - 21:30 - 2:1 Support 21:30 - 07:30 - 1:1 Waking Night Support

We are proposing the following shift pattern:

Week 1 - 2 x waking nights and 1 x 7-hour day = 27 hours Week 2 - 1 waking night and 3 x 7-hour days = 31 hours

Essential Criteria:

Female

applicant (due to genuine occupational requirement) Must be a

non-smoker

Physically fit

for moving and handling tasks

You must be able to work the above shift pattern inclusive of waking nights

Role Requirements:

Provide full personal and nursing care. We have our own Registered Nurse who will provide full training and you will work on a 2:1 basis until you are confident in providing all care Be patient, understanding, and able to support someone who is unable to communicate verbally Work as part of an established, supportive team If a driver, assist with community outings Help maintain a clean and comfortable home

What the Role Involves:

You will work as part of an established teams supporting a lady who lives in her home. This is a lovely work environment where some staff members have worked on the team for over 15 years. You will work in a person-centred way ensuring that this ladies physical, social and emotional needs are met. This will be

in the home but also supporting with activities in the community with a colleague.
