to join our team. This is a pivotal role that blends exceptional customer care with strategic business development.

The Role



As our

Relationship and Business Development Manager

, you will be at the heart of our member experience--ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and inspired. You'll also play a vital role in growing our community, nurturing strategic partnerships and bringing new members into the FIT ecosystem.

We're aiming to grow to 200 active members by the end of 2025--and we're looking for someone passionate and proactive to help us get there.

Key Responsibilities



Member Experience & Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships with members to ensure exceptional service and retention. Onboard new members and create personalised wellness journeys aligned with their goals. Act as a trusted point of contact, providing regular check-ins and ensuring members feel supported throughout their experience. Work closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless, premium service across all touchpoints. Gather feedback and implement continuous improvements to elevate the member experience.

Business Development & Partnerships



Identify, approach, and develop relationships with local businesses, wellness professionals, influencers, and organisations aligned with FIT's mission. Develop and implement a partnership strategy to increase awareness and generate new leads. Attend events, host open days, and actively represent FIT in the community to build our network and drive referrals. Collaborate with marketing to support targeted campaigns and events that attract new members. Track, report, and analyse new business pipeline and conversion rates.

Essential Requirements



Proven experience in a relationship management, business development or sales role, ideally in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry. Demonstrated success in growing a customer base or building strategic partnerships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable attending events, networking, and building community connections. Strong understanding of wellness trends and the needs of health-conscious audiences.
