We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful Business & Commercial Banking team in the Norfolk Trading Region.

What you'll be doing
Delivering a range of lending solutions, including Term Loans, Working Capital facilities such as Invoice Finance, Hire Purchase, and Trade Finance.
Supporting clients with deposit products and a broad suite of complementary banking services.
Proactively growing your portfolio by deepening relationships and introducing additional elements of the bank's proposition to existing clients.
Playing a key role in the local market--identifying new business opportunities and representing the organisation within the professional community.
Acting as a change ambassador--embracing new tools and technologies that enhance both client and colleague experiences, while supporting your team and region in achieving shared goals.
