As a Relationship Manager you\xe2\x80\x99ll report into and support the Relationship Director with the day-to-day management of an existing portfolio of Corporate Clients and help to deliver the G rowth ambition for the region. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to be build and grow client relationships through attendance at client meetings and develop an internal and external network of key business introducers and stakeholders.   • Supporting in managing a portfolio of clients, build a strong relationship with key contacts, deliver a client experience second to none and add value by engaging with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business to anticipate their needs and suggest differentiated propositions.
  • Growing the business \xe2\x80\x93 P roactive approach to business development, through deep understanding of our proposition. You will assist Relationship Directors with prospect and client\xe2\x80\x99s plan\xe2\x80\x99s and in identifying opportunities.
  • Managing risks. Support the Relationship Director in identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risks associated with role, including but not limited to, Financial Crime Risk, Credit Risk (from application through ongoing portfolio management), Data integrity, Fraud and Cyber Risk
  • Delivering through understanding of corporate credit risk, process flow for lending transactions, risk rating models

  • Proven relationship management experience, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational skills, prioritising workload to ensure client and business deadlines are met.
It would also be nice for you to have.
  • Exposure to and knowledge of the Corporate Banking market in Northern Ireland
  • Working toward a relevant Financial Services qualification
  • Passion to grow, develop and broaden your skill set through role specific and leveraging personal development resources.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems and Office 365
