The Role - Relief Care Worker
As a Relief Care Worker, you'll step in to support our teams when needed, ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care and companionship.
You'll:
Work alongside a supportive house team led by a House Coordinator/Manager.
Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
Assist with daily activities, outings, and health appointments.
Help with personal care, cooking, and general household tasks.
Promote dignity, choice, and inclusion in every aspect of care.
Flexible shifts are available throughout the week (Monday-Sunday), including day, evening, and weekend options - perfect for those seeking work-life balance.
