Job Description

The successful candidate will mainly prepare suppers for our residents as well as cleaning tasks in the Kitchen and putting away deliveries. The role will also include training to cover main cook shifts once a week and for annual leave cover.

Supper Shifts run from 13.30 to 7.30pm with 4 shifts per week and lunch shifts commence at 7am to 2pm, with a permanent contract for 31 hours a week and opportunities for overtime. You will be required to work some weekends on a rota basis. An additional 2.15 an hour is paid for all weekend hours worked.

Opportunities for overtime available to cover annual leave and sickness.

The position will suit a candidate with some experience of working in catering or a competent and well organised home cook - full training will be given. Ability to work independently is essential.

Salary: 12.85 per hour plus 2.25 per hour at weekends
