Supply Today is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Religious Education Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to deliver engaging lessons, inspire pupils, and make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality RE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all abilities Contribute to the wider school community and departmental planning Uphold safeguarding and compliance standards at all times
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education Previous experience teaching in a UK secondary school Excellent classroom management and communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required) Must meet all compliance requirements for working in schools
