Responsibilities

Conduct educational sessions and workshops to teach religious principles and values. Lead community outreach initiatives to support those in need, including fundraising efforts for various causes. Provide mentorship to individuals seeking spiritual guidance or personal development. Offer hospice care support, ensuring comfort and compassion for those at the end of life. Collaborate with other community leaders to organise events that promote fellowship and understanding within the community. Maintain open lines of communication with community members to address their needs and concerns effectively. Develop programmes that engage children in learning about their faith and values.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching or leading groups, particularly within a religious context. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey messages and connect with diverse audiences. Experience working with children, demonstrating an ability to engage them in meaningful ways. Background in mentoring individuals or groups, providing guidance and support as needed. Familiarity with hospice care practices is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in fundraising activities is desirable to enhance community support initiatives.
