As we continue to expand our carrier base, we are seeking a
Remote Carrier Sales Representative
to support capacity development and ongoing freight operations.
This would be from 7am - 5pm M-F Central Time.
Position Overview
This is a
fully remote carrier sales role
focused on building and maintaining professional relationships with trucking companies, securing capacity, and supporting consistent freight execution.
The role is well suited for candidates with a strong phone presence, professional communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a U.S.-based operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to carriers to identify availability and build long-term working relationships
Communicate directly with dispatch and operations contacts
Support onboarding of new carriers and assist with required documentation
Develop and maintain repeat carrier relationships
Help secure capacity for assigned lanes and ongoing freight needs
Maintain accurate carrier notes, follow-ups, and availability records
Coordinate with operations to support service expectations and recoveries
Follow established processes for communication, reporting, and performance
Incentive Structure
In addition to hourly pay, this role includes
performance-based incentives

Consistent carrier utilization and reliability
Long-term capacity support on recurring lanes
Overall contribution to carrier network growth
Incentives are evaluated on a recurring basis and are aligned with building stable, dependable capacity.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in carrier sales, brokerage, dispatch, or logistics operations
Strong, clear phone communication skills and professional demeanor
Comfortable speaking with carriers and negotiating effectively
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet and phone access
Comfortable working hours that overlap with U.S. business operations
