tutors in GCSE English with strong subject knowledge from KS3 to GCSE and Alevel

to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong ability to communicate effectively. This role involves providing personalised

to help students achieve their academic goals. A background in special education is advantageous, as we strive to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Assign homework after each session to reinforce learning. Assess student progress through structured assessments Provide tailored feedback and adapt lessons to meet individual student needs. Maintain regular communication with the company regarding student progress. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications

PGCE qualification is highly preferred.

Strong subject knowledge in GCSE

English

Experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in one-to-one settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with a webcam. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students Have previous tutoring experience, demonstrating an ability to educate students across various subjects. A patient, empathetic approach to teaching that promotes a love for learning among students.
