Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments via telehealth platforms, including history taking and physical examinations Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs Provide expert advice and education to parents and caregivers on pediatric health issues, medication management, and preventive care Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Document all clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations Monitor patient progress, follow up on treatment plans, and adjust interventions as necessary Support the onboarding and training of new team members on pediatric protocols and telehealth procedures

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric specialization from an accredited licensing body Proven experience working in pediatric healthcare settings, preferably with telehealth or remote consultation experience Strong knowledge of pediatric health conditions, developmental milestones, and evidence-based practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and healthcare teams Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently Proficiency in electronic health records systems and telehealth technology platforms Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with pediatric healthcare advancements

Pay: 40.00-50.00 per hour
