Key Responsibilities
Source qualified real estate agents through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
Screen candidates for experience, licensing status, and sales background
Conduct video/phone interviews
Coordinate interviews with management and manage the full hiring cycle
Support offer issuance and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong agent talent pipeline
Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance
Promote employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
UK nationality (mandatory)
Proven experience as a
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Real estate recruitment experience required
Strong understanding of real estate agent commission structures and KPIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Experience using recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
