We're looking for a confident, driven sales executive to join our team at
Reach Passengers
, a media sales agency connecting brands with digital screen advertising across the UK.
You'll be responsible for:
Cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Following up with inbound leads
Creating and sending quotes
Managing your pipeline via our CRM (Monday.com)
Helping drive consistent new business
Managing your clients

Work 100% remote - our team are mainly in Thailand and the UK, you can be wherever you'd like provided you can maintain UK hours so Australia, NZ, some of the US would probably not work but aside from that, pick your place.
No heavy micromanagement - we need you to be entrepreneurial and run your sales and clients like it's your own business.
We'll train you with everything we know about how to do this effectively.
15% commission on everything you sell. Avg deal size is 3k but deals go up to 120k...
If you're good at sales, you'll be working much less than 40hrs week to hit your targets.
What we need from you:
Great communication with us and with the clients - if you're a bad texter/caller/emailer whatever then this is not for you.
To have read the right books. Seriously - if you're really into this, you'll know the kind of books I mean.
A driven, positive mindset. If you're consistently down or unmotivated, don't apply, it's not the energy we want.
Ability to work effectively without being managed heavily.
To be able to pitch your ideas to us about what we need to change or new avenues we should explore. We're always open to change.
To hit a monthly sales target.
