Connect Worldwide Services is recruiting remote, experienced business to consumer Telesales / Telephone Sales Executives.

The Telesales / Telephone Sales Executive role is full time (35 hours per week), 10:00 to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Pay between 12.21 and 15.00 per hour plus very achievable bonus (up to 200 per week). This is an outbound telesales role.

Previous experience in B2C outbound calling is required.

Hours: Full Time hours 35hrs + optional overtime.

About the role

Outbound telesales B2C role. Calling catalogue customers in the UK who have signed up to our loyalty programs to confirm payment details. You will be required to take card payments over the phone using a virtual terminal.

Day to day duties

- Following a script

- Using Salesforce and other CRM's

- Must be familiar with telephone sales and sales targets.

- Must have experience taking card payments over the phone

Essential's

- You are able to work remotely.

- You have a pc or mac and USB/Bluetooth headset

- You have fantastic communication skills

- You are target driven & hungry for success

- Good IT literacy, you will be switching between CRM's.

- Can multitask and adapt your style to communicate with customers.

- You have the right to work in UK and have all of your ID in place.

Salary: 12.21 to 15 per hour / 20,000 - 27,000 basic plus bonus. OTE 32,000 to 39,000 per annum.
