Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Vacation/ Holiday Coordinators. In this role, you will work directly with clients to plan and arrange memorable vacations, whether its a relaxing resort stay, a cruise, or a family getaway. You'll help research destinations, provide recommendations, and manage booking logistics to ensure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets
Research and recommend accommodations, transportation, and activities
Create and manage customized travel itineraries
Confirm bookings and keep accurate records of reservations
Provide professional communication and support before, during, and after travel
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Basic computer skills (email, browsing, spreadsheets, calendar tools)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
A passion for travel and creating positive client experiences
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel planning is a plus
