drivers

to take the wheel of our 3.5-tonne vans and lead the way on our moves.

The Role - More Than Just Driving

As a Rubix Driver, you'll be at the heart of our operations:

Driving 3.5-tonne vans safely and responsibly across local and national routes Leading your crew on the road and at each job Liaising with customers, ensuring they're kept informed and reassured Overseeing the safe loading, securing and unloading of goods Supporting the team with lifting, packing, and furniture assembly/disassembly
Our jobs vary from local house moves to long-distance relocations, sometimes with overnight stays (accommodation and allowances provided). Every day is different -- and every day, you're in the driving seat.

What We're Looking For:

Valid UK driving licence (with 2+ years' driving experience preferred) Physically fit and comfortable with lifting up to 25kg A safe, confident driver who takes pride in the road and the job Reliable, polite, and customer-focused Flexible with early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work Removals experience preferred but not essential - training provided
