We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between various departments, and assisting in the achievement of sales targets. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules and Sales
Assist in the communication to potential customers and proposals for clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system, desired (Pipedrive)
Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, and Installations to ensure seamless operations.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving sales performance.
Understanding of compliance and its importance
Liaise with Directors and Sales Manager on KPI`s
Ideally worked in the Eco4 space
Experience
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
